What if you realised you were fictional? That you were never real? That your existence is purely for someone else's entertainment? What if you found a way to speak to your creator? What if you broke the fifth wall?

Tina Vrbnjak

Tina Vrbnjak

Tina Vrbnjak is a Slovenian theatre and film actress. In 2009 she graduated from the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) National Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television. After finishing her studies she was employed as an actress in the Slovenian National Theatre Drama in Ljubljana where she had the opportunity to study and perform many different roles. In addition, she performs in independent film and theatre projects, some of which she authored herself (Marie Curie – Hysterie, 2014; Io 2015). Currently Tina is preparing for the roles of July in Ferenc Molnár's theatre play Liliom, and Iza in a Slovenian thriller movie It was such a nice day. Tina is also working on her independent project titled: How do I stay young and beautiful (540 b.c. – 2016 a.c.).

Scott Meridew

Scott James Meridew has a BA and MA in Screenwriting. He is writer for the pop culture website “A Place To Hang Your Cape” (www.AP2HYC.com), and has written several feature length films and short films, except for The Fifth Wall. Which he thinks is pretty good. Although he freely admits that he’s sort of biased on that front.

Laren Polic

Laren Polic

Laren Polič Zdravič is Slovenian guitarist, jazz pianist and a composer. In 2009 he graduated from the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) Faculty of Social Sciences, and gained a degree in marketing and communications. He acquired a diploma certificate in audio engineering in 2013. During his studies he formed a band which enabled him to explore his interest in live performance. While performing with his band Laren was offered to write music for theatre and film, which inspired him to start experimenting with musical composition. From 2009 till present Laren creatively collaborated with different directors in theatre and film. Laren wrote a soundtrack for the Slovenian pavilion at the world exhibition EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, China, and in November 2014 he wrote a soundtrack and performance at The Slovenian National Science Awards. In 2015 he released an eclectic theatre music compilation of selected works from theatre plays titled To beat or not to beat. Laren is currently attending The University of Edinburgh, and is set to complete a Master’s Degree in Composition for Screen in 2016.

Davor Marenjak

Davor Marenjak

Davor Marenjak started his cinematography career working in Zagreb, Croatia in 2011 in camera and electrical department. While working as best boy gaffer in Croatia he had an opportunity to work with some of the best Croatian and world known cinematographers. After acquiring a bachelor degree in philosophy from the university of Zagreb, he moved to Denmark where he studied filmmaking at the European film college. While in Denmark, Davor worked on more than ten short fiction films and one feature documentary as a cinematographer. Davor is currently enrolled in the Masters in Cinematography at Screen Academy Scotland, and is set to graduate August 2016.

Anthony Berardo is a freelance dubbing mixer, he has been creating, enhancing and repairing audio since 2013. Anthony has worked on award winning short film "Sketches from the Underground". His cat Nibbler helps.

Egle Sirtautaite

Egle Sirtautaite is a Lithuanian born Film & TV student at Edinburgh College of Art and freelance photographer at Cinnamon Sky Photography. In her studies she is developing her skills in producing and camera department. Egle has produced ECA graduation film Screen Time by Emily Charlton, and Screen Academy Scotland MA graduation film Cows Are Not On The Menu by Frederick Erpelding. Egle is developing her own experimental documentaries while pursuing a path in the film industry.
